Simple Relaxation Exercise to Increase Awareness

Don’t let those daily stresses keep you down. Utilize a simple relaxation exercise that will not only help you unwind but will help increase your psychic awareness. It’s really easy to do and is so stealthy you could practically do it anywhere.

All you need is a place to sit or lay down (we don’t want you falling over!) and at least 5 minutes of uninterrupted time. Simple enough right?

Step 1: Sit or lay down in the most comfortable way possible. Kick your shoes off if that’s what it takes!

Step 2: Simply close your eyes as you take 5 to 10 deep breaths.

Step 3: As you feel yourself starting to relax, imagine yourself in a place that is your ideal relaxation spot. Maybe it’s the beach or a huge oversize comfy bed. Continue to breathe deep as you imagine that place.

Step 4: Once you begin to visualize your ideal chill spot. Start to let your mind wander wherever it wants to go. Continue your breathing and soon you’ll find yourself experiencing more vivid visualizations! Over time you will notice your psychic and personal awareness increasing as well as your creativity.

Utilize this simple relaxation exercise anytime you are feeling stressed, easily agitated or anytime you’d like to work on increasing your awareness.
